Circulant Digraphs with Larger Linear Guessing Number and Smaller Degree
The guessing number of a digraph is a new invariant in graph theory raised by S. Riis in 2006 and based on its applications in network coding and boolean circuit complexity theory. In this paper, we present the lower and upper bounds on a guessing number

The pursuit‐evasion game is studied for two adversarial active agents, modeled as deterministic self‐steering pursuer and stochastic, cognitive evader. For a successful evasion strategy, the motile target has to exploit all available pursuer information, e.g., by tuning the tumbling frequency with the pursuer distance.

We are interested in proving that if we use CS iterations of forcing notions not adding reals and additional conditions then the limit forcing does not add reals.

Methods for Setting Device Specifications for Analog In‐Memory Computing Inference
Non‐volatile memories (NVMs) are being developed for analog in‐memory computing for energy‐efficient, high‐speed deep learning inference. As technology is moving to industry adoption, a method to define required NVM specifications is critical for improving performance and reducing manufacturing cost.

Abstract If sexual assault survivors report the assault to the criminal legal system, they often need informal support from family and friends throughout the long and frequently retraumatizing process of investigation and prosecution. This study is part of a long‐term community‐based participatory action research project in a predominately Black ...

On the absorbability of the Guessing Game Theory. A Theoretical and Experimental Analysis [PDF]
Theory absorption, a notion introduced by Morgenstern and Schwödiauer (1972) and further elaborated by Güth and Kliemt (2004), discusses the problem whether a theory can survive its own acceptance. Whereas this holds for strategic equilibria according to

‘I Don't Babysit’: Stay‐at‐Home Dads' Perspectives and Experiences Within Australian Society
ABSTRACT Stay‐at‐home‐dads are an emerging group in Australia, impacted by societal assumptions and expectations. However, there is a scarcity of research on the perspectives and experiences of fathers assuming stay‐at‐home dad roles within Australian society.

Extrapolation in Games of Coordination and Dominance Solvable Games [PDF]
We study extrapolation between games in a laboratory experiment. Participants in our experiment first play either the dominance solvable guessing game or a Coordination version of the guessing game for five rounds.
