VISTA indicated poor clinical outcomes and inferior immunotherapeutic responsivenessin gastric cancer. VISTA was predominantly expressed on tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) in gastriccancer. Blockade of VISTA reprogrammed TAMs, promoted T cell‐mediated antitumor immunity, andenhanced efficacy of PD‐1 inhibitor in gastric cancer.
