Advanced Materials, EarlyView.This article presents a surface‐enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy (SEIRAS) platform using mass‐manufactured gradient plasmonic metasurfaces, overcoming limitations in analyzing real‐world biosamples. The technology achieves 20‐fold signal enhancement and demonstrates superior molecular fingerprinting capabilities.
