ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Charcot‐Marie‐Tooth disease (CMT), the most common inherited peripheral neuropathy, is clinically and genetically heterogeneous with over 100 genes identified to date. Recently, next‐generation sequencing (NGS) has enabled molecular diagnosis in previously unidentified CMT cases.
