Anxiolytic Medication Use in Low‐ Middle‐ and High‐Income Countries: A World Mental Health Surveys Report

open access: yesHuman Psychopharmacology: Clinical and Experimental, Volume 41, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Anxiolytic medications, particularly benzodiazepines, are widely prescribed, giving impetus to long‐standing debates about how often these agents should be employed in clinical practice. There are, however, few cross‐country studies of the pharmacoepidemiology of these agents. We report on the frequency of anxiolytic medication use,

The effect of hydrostatic pressure on thermodynamic characteristics of NH$_3$CH$_2$COOH$\cdot$H$_2$PO$_3$ type ferroelectric materials [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The model of NH$_3$CH$_2$COOH$\cdot$H$_2$PO$_3$, modified by taking into account the piezoelectric coupling between the ordering structure elements and the strains $\varepsilon_i$, $\varepsilon_j$, is used for investigation of the effects that appear ...

Population structure and transmission dynamics of Plasmodium vivax in the Republic of Korea based on microsatellite DNA analysis. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS Neglected Tropical Diseases, 2012
BACKGROUND: In order to control malaria, it is important to understand the genetic structure of the parasites in each endemic area. Plasmodium vivax is widely distributed in the tropical to temperate regions of Asia and South America, but effective ...

Development and Validation of the GEANT4 Model of the Electron Proton Helium Instrument on Board the SOHO Spacecraft Utilizing the Accelerator Measurements at the Hahn‐Meitner Institute Berlin

open access: yesEarth and Space Science, Volume 13, Issue 1, January 2026.
Abstract Context. The Electron Proton Helium INstrument (EPHIN) aboard SOlar and Heliospheric Observatory is a particle telescope that measures energetic protons and helium above 4 MeV/nuc and electrons above 150 keV. While a calibration of EPHIN has been performed before launch, it has only partially been assessed reducing the accuracy of the detector

Charge‐enhanced pyridyl trifluoroborate organocatalysts: crystal structures and reactivity

open access: yesActa Crystallographica Section C, Volume 82, Issue 1, Page 8-26, January 2026.
An examination of the relationship between the solid‐state features of the crystal structures of eleven 3‐ and 4‐pyridyl trifluoroborate organocatalysts and their solution‐state reactivity is reported. The crystal structures of eleven 3‐ and 4‐pyridyl borate salts with a variety of cations are reported.

N=1 SUSY AdS4 vacua in IIB SUGRA on group manifolds [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We study N=1 compactification of IIB supergravity to AdS4. The internal manifold must have SU(2)-structure. By putting some restrictions on the SU(2) torsion classes, we can perform an exhaustive scan of all possible solutions on group manifolds. We show

Influence of Sleep and Wakefulness States and Physical Activity on Chronic Pain in Temporomandibular Disorders

open access: yesJournal of Oral Rehabilitation, Volume 53, Issue 1, Page 175-183, January 2026.
The present study suggested that jaw pain decreased when sleep satisfaction of the previous night was high, more physical activity on the previous day was associated with less jaw pain, and the jaw pain on the day of the study was more intense when the jaw pain on the previous day was severe.
