A 32‐element electronic nose enhanced with machine learning demonstrates exceptional accuracy in differentiating between living and deceased individuals (98.1%), discriminating human and animal specimens (97.2%), and estimating postmortem intervals.

Biohybrid Computing with Proteinoids and Algae
We developed a novel biohybrid computing system by combining proteinoid microspheres with algae. The biological mixture creates spontaneous electrical oscillations. These oscillations can perform simple logic operations, such as AND, OR, NAND, and NOR gates. Environmental factors like temperature and pH affect how the system works.

The Hu sheep diverged from the Small‐tailed Han sheep ≈1330 years ago, and subsequently migrated from northern to warm and humid southern regions. The genes BMPR1B, UNC5C, and GRID2 play a synergistic role in the superior reproductive traits of Hu sheep.
