Shifted Chebyshev polynomials method for Caputo-Hadamard fractional Ginzburg–Landau equation
This paper introduces a fractional version of the Ginzberg–Landau equation utilizing the Caputo-Hadamard derivative. To address this problem, a numerical method based on the shifted Chebyshev polynomials is developed.

A skew-Hadamard matrix of order 92 [PDF]
There is a skew-Hadamard matrix of order 92.Previously the smallest order for which a skew-Hadamard matrix was not known was 92. We construct such a matrix below. The orders < 200 which are now undecided are 100, 116, 148, 156, 172, 188, 196; see [2], [3]. The existence of any Hadamard matrix of order 92 was unknown until 1962 [1].

A Resource Efficient Ising Model‐Based Quantum Sudoku Solver
ABSTRACT Background Quantum algorithms exploit superposition and parallelism to address complex combinatorial problems, many of which fall into the non‐polynomial (NP) class. Sudoku, a widely known logic‐based puzzle, is proven to be NP‐complete and thus presents a suitable testbed for exploring quantum optimization approaches.

Strongly Regular Graphs with Maximal Energy [PDF]
The energy of a graph is the sum of the absolute values of the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix. Koolen and Moulton have proved that the energy of a graph on n vertices is at most n(1 + √n)/2, and that equality holds if and only if the graph is ...

Generating Compressed Counterfactual Hard Negative Samples for Graph Contrastive Learning
ABSTRACT Graph contrastive learning (GCL) relies on acquiring high‐quality positive and negative samples to learn the structural semantics of the input graph. Previous approaches typically sampled negative samples from the same training batch or an irrelevant external graph.

Spatial price competition and buyer power in the U.S. beef packing industry
Abstract We develop a spatially‐explicit model of the U.S. beef packing industry to study key questions related to competition in an oligopsony setting. Cattle supplies are modeled at the county level, and packing plants' location, capacity, and ownership are taken as given. Packers procure negotiated cattle by competing in prices in each local (county)

Abstract Hidden Markov diagnostic classification models capture how students' cognitive attributes evolve over time. This paper introduces a Bayesian Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm for diagnostic classification models that jointly estimates time‐varying Q matrices, latent attributes, item parameters, attribute class proportions and transition ...

Extension of Paley Construction for Hadamard Matrix
We have extended the Paley constructions for Hadamard matrices and obtained some series of Hadamard matrices. Especially Paley construction-II is applicable for odd prime power q is congruent to 1(mod 4) however our method is applicable for any odd prime power.

Innovation, Licensing, and Competition: Evidence From Genetically Engineered Crops
ABSTRACT We provide a novel empirical analysis of the role of technology licensing, between competitors, for genetically engineered (GE) traits in the US seed industry. We extend the standard differentiated‐product Bertrand pricing model to include trait licensing, which permits us to recover marginal costs and (otherwise unobserved) royalty rates ...

Gradual Changes in Functional Time Series
ABSTRACT We consider the problem of detecting gradual changes in the sequence of mean functions from a not necessarily stationary functional time series. Our approach is based on the maximum deviation (calculated over a given time interval) between a benchmark function and the mean functions at different time points.
