A randomized phase 2 trial of socrodeucitinib in moderate‐to‐severe plaque psoriasis

In moderate‐to‐severe plaque psoriasis, socrodeucitinib (6 mg/12 mg) significantly outperformed placebo at week 12: PASI 75 response rates 28.6%/72.1% vs. 7.5%. Meanwhile, socrodeucitinib illustrated a favourable safety and tolerability profile, warranting further study.

Challenges of Dengue in Hematological Disease Patients: Descriptive Analysis From the DANGO Registry During the 2023–2024 Outbreak in Argentina
