Zur Mauser des Großgefieders beim Seeadler (Haliaeetus albicilla) in Schleswig-Holstein

Zwischen 1955 und 2000 wurden in den Seeadlerrevieren von Schleswig-Holstein systematisch Mauserfedern gesammelt. Berucksichtigt wurden 581 Schwanzfedern und 382 Handschwingen aus maximal 22 Brutrevieren (1999) und uber 300 Armschwingen, darunter 81 datierte aus den Jahren 1960 bis 1970.

[Trematodes parasitizing the white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla L.)].

Five white-tailed eagles were dissected--3 from the Czech Republic and 2 from Poland. 4 specimens were infected with trematodes only: Strigea falconis, Neodiplostomum (Conodiplostomum) perlatum, and Paracoenogonimus ovatus. S. falconis was found for the first time in an eagle from the Czech Republic, whereas N. (C.) perlatum and P. ovatus were detected

Štekavac Haliaeetus albicilla

The White-tailed Sea-eagle is distributed from northwest Europe and Scandinavia to the east and in central Europe along the Danube river basin. The Danube basin birds are considered to form a separate sub-population with resident adults and vagrant immatures. The estimated Croatian population is 135-155 pairs and considered Vulnerable nationally.
