Nishi Nihon Hifuka, 1996 症例1: 68歳の女性約2ヵ月前, 口腔内と肛門周囲に軽度のそう痒と疼痛を伴う皮疹が出現し次第に拡大した。初診時, 腋窩, 足背, 臀部に, 周囲に紅暈と膿胞を伴う疣贅状に隆起する境界明瞭な皮疹が認められた。粘膜疹も認められた。ステロイド内服(ブレドニゾロン50mg/day)にて軽快し経過良好であったが, 4年後結腸癌にて死亡した。症例2: 62歳の男性。約1年前に顔面, 前腕等に無症候性皮疹が出現した。初診時, 口角部, 躯幹, 四肢に粟粒大の膿胸を伴う浸潤性紅斑と, 粘膜疹も認められた。S字状結腸癌と間質性肺炎を合併していた。2例とも病理組織学的に, 表皮内への好酸球浸潤と棘融解が認められ, 病変部の免疫螢光抗体直接法所見で表皮細胞間にIgGとC3, の沈着が認められ ...

Journal of Cosmetics, Dermatological Sciences and Applications, 2017 Pemphigus of Hallopeau (PH) is a mild and pustular form of pemphigus vegetans, termed initially as “pyodermite vegetante” described by Hallopeau. We report cases in two black women. Two women aged 32 and 36 respectively (case 1 and case 2) were seen for a pustulosis associated with blisters and erosions.
