Anisotropic Memristive Switching in NbOCl2 Enabled by Directional Oxygen Ion Migration
This study investigates strongly orientation‐dependent memristive switching in anisotropic NbOCl2, observed exclusively along the in‐plane c‐axis. The switching originates from direction‐selective oxygen‐ion migration and vacancy propagation that modulate the Pd/NbOCl2 Schottky barrier, enabling short‐term plasticity.

Vibration analysis of a rotating FGM cracked beam under a tangent follower force
In the current study, we investigate the dynamic response of cracked rotating FG-beams with two variable boundary conditions. The crack is considered to be simulated by a massless torsional spring model.

Intrinsic Phonons as a Dynamic Control Knob for Catalytic Reactivity in 2D Materials
Intrinsic phonon excitations are demonstrated to serve as a dynamic control knob for catalytic reactivity in 2D materials. Mode‐selective lattice vibrations reconstruct the electronic structure, lower oxygen evolution reaction barriers, establishing a phonon‐engineering paradigm for dynamically regulating electrocatalysis beyond conventional static ...

Integrative multi‐cohort analyses identify 14‐3‐3γ as a biomarker and regulator of cognitive vulnerability. Experimental studies show that 14‐3‐3γ loss is associated with Tau Thr205 phosphorylation, synaptic dysfunction, and cognitive impairment, while genetic overexpression or pharmacological stabilization of 14‐3‐3γ confers protective effects in ...

Ultrahigh Interfacial Thermal Conductance across GaN/BAs Interfaces via Atomic‐Level Engineering
The integration of gallium nitride (GaN) with ultrahigh‐thermal‐conductivity boron arsenide (BAs) substrates represents a promising pathway for developing next‐generation high‐power devices. The heat dissipation capability of such integrated systems is fundamentally governed by thermal transport across GaN/BAs interfaces, and buffer layers such as ...

The Orbital Evolution of 2 Binary Asteroid Systems Based on Hamel’s Variational Integrators
In the full n-body problem, the mutual gravitational potential energy of the rigid body is determined by its position and attitude, which leads to the coupling of the translational and rotational motions.
