Hammerstein model identification with set membership errors

Proceedings of the 38th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (Cat. No.99CH36304), 2003
The problem of the Hammerstein dynamic system identification is considered when the measurement error is characterized in a set-membership context. The proposed approach accomplishes parameter identification through the introduction of a linearized augmented Hammerstein model whose parameter bounds allow us to derive overbounds to the Hammerstein model

Dead-beat control of simple Hammerstein models

IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 1998
Summary: Dead-beat controllers for simple Hammerstein systems are investigated. Several designs for nonminimum-time state dead-beat controllers are given for certain classes of simple Hammerstein systems. The designs may take into account transients and controllability aspects.

Parameters identification of PMSM through Hammerstein model

IECON 2013 - 39th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, 2013
The following paper describes the identification of the direct and quadrature inductances of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The identification is based on the Hammerstein model, where the motor is divided into linear dynamics and static nonlinearity. The newton's method is used for identification of the inductance from the static nonlinearity.

Structural estimation of Wiener-Hammerstein mathematical models

2015 4th International Conference on Systems and Control (ICSC), 2015
In nonlinear system identification, block-oriented models such as Wiener and Hammerstein models have the advantage that they are quite simple to understand and easy to use. This paper presents a structural estimation of the Wiener-Hammerstein model, which is a block-oriented model where a static nonlinear system is surrounded by two linear dynamics at ...

ESTIMATION OF AN N-L-N HAMMERSTEIN-WIENER MODEL

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 2002
Parametric identification of a noisy nonlinear SISO Hammerstein-Wiener dynamical model is considered. A relaxation recursive identification scheme to determine approximate model parameters is proposed. The nonlinear static characteristics are parameterized by using cubic splines, and the linear dynamics is represented by a high-order ARX model.
