System identification using Hammerstein model
2014 22nd Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference (SIU), 2014In literature, various linear and nonlinear model structures are defined to identify the systems. Linear models such as Finite Impulse Response (FIR), Infinite Impulse Response (IIR) and Autoregressive (AR) are used in the situations that the input-output relation is signified through linear equivalence.

Parametric Identification of Parallel Hammerstein Systems
IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 2011This paper proposes a parametric identification method for parallel Hammerstein systems. The linear dynamic parts of the system are modeled by a parametric rational function in the z - or s-domain, while the static nonlinearities are represented by a linear combination of nonlinear basis functions.

Identification of MISO Wiener and Hammerstein systems
2003 European Control Conference (ECC), 2003This paper describes an unified new recursive identification method in the prediction error method and model scheme for three MISO Wiener and Hammerstein systems. It is also extension of our earlier work for SISO cases. With the estimation of intermediate variables by using the key term separation principle, a MISO Wiener and Hammerstein system can be ...

Recursive Identification for MIMO Hammerstein Systems
IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, 2011This technical note considers the recursive identification for the multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) Hammerstein system with internal noise and observation noise and with linear part being an ARX system. With the help of the generalized Yule-Walker equation and the correlations of system signals, the recursive algorithms are proposed for estimating ...

Fractional Hammerstein CAR system identification
2017 6th International Conference on Systems and Control (ICSC), 2017Identification of fractional Hammerstein controlled autoregressive systems (HCAR) is considered in this work. This system consists of a memoryless nonlinear sub-system followed by a fractional CAR subsystem. A nonlinear optimization algorithm is developed in order to estimate the system parameters as well as the fractional order.

Parameter identification of discontinuous hammerstein systems
Automatica, 1997The paper deals with the problem of parameter identification of Hammerstein systems (cascade connections of static nonlinearity and linear dynamics) with a nonlinear static block having a discontinuous asymmetric and piecewise-linear characteristic. The approach is based on a decomposition technique, the so-called key-term separation principle, which ...
