Germline Pathogenic Variants and Clinical Outcomes in Asian Patients With Breast Cancer
Cancer Science, Volume 116, Issue 4, Page 1048-1058, April 2025.This study included 7278 Asian patients and revealed that those carrying BRCA1/2 pathogenic variants had significantly shorter 10‐year invasive disease‐free survival and relapse‐free survival than noncarriers. No significant difference in survival was observed in patients with non‐BRCA1/2 pathogenic variants.
