Sharp Bounds of the Coefficient Results for the Family of Bounded Turning Functions Associated with a Petal-Shaped Domain

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2021
The goal of this article is to determine sharp inequalities of certain coefficient-related problems for the functions of bounded turning class subordinated with a petal-shaped domain.

Hankel determinants of the Cantor sequence [PDF]

open access: yesSCIENTIA SINICA Mathematica, 2014
In the paper, we give the recurrent equations of the Hankel determinants of the Cantor sequence, and show that the Hankel determinants as a double sequence is 3-automatic. With the help of the Hankel determinants, we prove that the irrationality exponent of the Cantor number, i.e.

Some Results Concerned with Hankel Determinant

open access: yesKragujevac Journal of Mathematics, 2023
Summary: In this paper, we discuss different versions of the boundary Schwarz lemma and Hankel determinant for \(\mathcal{K}\left( \alpha \right)\) class. Also, for the function \(f(z)=z+c_2z^2+c_3z^3+\cdots\) defined in the unit disc such that \(f\in \mathcal{K(\alpha)}\), we estimate a modulus of the angular derivative of \(f(z)\) function at the ...

Hankel Determinants of Eisenstein Series [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
In this paper we prove Garvan's conjectured formula for the square of the modular discriminant $Δ$ as a 3 by 3 Hankel determinant of classical Eisenstein series $E_{2n}$. We then obtain similar formulas involving minors of Hankel determinants for $E_{2r}Δ^m$, for $m=1,2,3$ and $r=2,3,4,5,7$, and $E_{14}Δ^4$.

Estimates for Analytic Functions Connected with Hankel Determinant

open access: yesUkrainian Mathematical Journal, 2021
UDC 517.5 We give an upper bound of Hankel determinant of the first order for the classes of an analytic function. In addition, an evaluation with the Hankel determinant from below will be given for the second angular derivative of analytic function. For new inequalities, the results of Jack's lemma and Hankel determinant were used.

Hankel determinants of a Sturmian sequence

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2022
<p>Let $ \tau $ be the substitution $ 1\to 101 $ and $ 0\to 1 $ on the alphabet $ \{0, 1\} $. The fixed point of $ \tau $ obtained starting from 1, denoted by $ {\bf{s}} $, is a Sturmian sequence. We first give a characterization of $ {\bf{s}} $ using $ f $-representation.

Hankel and Symmetric Toeplitz Determinants for a New Subclass of q-Starlike Functions

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2022
This paper considers the basic concepts of q-calculus and the principle of subordination. We define a new subclass of q-starlike functions related to the Salagean q-differential operator.

Performance change detection and recovery in inferential control loops

open access: yesThe Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, EarlyView.
Abstract In most industrial environments, soft sensors are crucial for estimating variables that are hard to measure. It is critical that these variables be estimated quickly and accurately because they are closely linked to plant safety and profit. Therefore, performance drift in the soft sensors cannot be ignored.

Constellations and multicontinued fractions: application to Eulerian triangulations [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science, 2012
We consider the problem of enumerating planar constellations with two points at a prescribed distance. Our approach relies on a combinatorial correspondence between this family of constellations and the simpler family of rooted constellations, which we ...
