Borophene is introduced as a programmable 2D bio‐interface that organizes DNA through dual boron–sulfur and nucleobase interactions. This molecular architecture enables efficient long‐range nanosurface energy transfer, establishing new design principles for functional nano–bio interfaces and amplification‐free optical biosensing.

Demand for International Reserves: A Quantile Regression Approach [PDF]
I estimate the determinants of the demand for international reserves using quantile regressions. Employing a dataset of 96 developing nations over the period of 1980-1996, I find considerable differences at different points of the conditional ...

Out‐of‐Plane Strain‐Decoupled Architecture for High‐Fill‐Factor Stretchable OLED Displays
A vertically decoupled multilayer SOLED architecture separates emissive pixel islands from deformable interconnects, allowing low‐modulus elastomeric layers to accommodate applied strain and suppress strain transfer to the OLED region. This design, combined with transparent hybrid encapsulation, enables a high fill factor (∼75%), stretchability ...

Bioinspired Hydrogels with Broadly Programmable Mechanics for Soft‐Tissue Interfaces
Sea cucumber‐inspired gelatin hydrogels are formed by directional freezing and mechanically programmed through subsequent ionic treatment. Multiscale characterization and modeling link ion‐regulated chain interactions to directional load transfer within the aligned hierarchical architecture.

How should emerging economies manage their foreign exchange reserves? [PDF]
Asia has emerged as the balancing wheel of global finance. The countries of Asia now account for 70 per cent of global foreign exchange reserves, compared to only 30 percent in 1990 and 21 per cent in the early 1970s.

Biodegradable 3D‐Printable and Coatable Antifouling Composites for Marine Applications
Marine biofouling damages submerged surfaces and raises greenhouse gas emissions. Biodegradable antifouling biocomposites were developed by hot‐mixing beeswax, Tween 80, and calcium stearate or stearic acid. Adjusting the component ratio enables processing via hot‐pressing, 3D‐printing, or dip‐coating.

Cost of Holding Excess Reserves - The Indian Experience [PDF]
Most of the existing literature has used single reserve adequacy measures to evaluate the volume of excess reserves. In this paper, we employ empirical methods to generate a comprehensive reserve adequacy measure, incorporating the various objectives of ...
