Sciatic nerve injury led to a significant increase in the expression of GPR35 in the ACC region of mice. This increased interaction with Nr4a1 can activate the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, thereby reducing neuroinflammation and playing a role in alleviating hyperalgesia and depressive behavior in mice.
