ABSTRACT To enhance clinicians' understanding of Sifrim‐Hitz‐Weiss syndrome (SIHIWES), this study investigated the clinical phenotypes, genetic characteristics, and response to growth hormone therapy in a patient. A case of a patient with global developmental delay and distinctive facial features is presented.
