A Precise and Accurate Indoor Localization System based on Sub-Harmonic FMCW Radar

2018 25th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS), 2018
This paper presents an accurate indoor localization system based on sub-harmonic frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar where a 24 GHz frequency divider-by-10 is used as an active reflector tag. Indoor positioning measurements are performed using least-mean-squares (LMS) algorithm.

Root-Music Harmonic Analysis Joint Multiple Regression: DOA Estimation Applied to Millimeter Wave FMCW Radar

2022 14th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS), 2022
For millimeter wave (MMW)-FMCW radar estimates the direction-of-arrival (DOA) of targets, we present the root-MUSIC harmonic retrieval joint Multiple Regression (RMHRMR) algorithm.

FOC-Based Gridless Harmonic Retrieval Joint MM-Estimation: DOA Estimation for FMCW Radar Against Unknown Colored Clutter-Noise

IEEE Sensors Journal, 2022
In this paper, we present a direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm named FOC (fourth-order-cumulates)-based gridless harmonic retrieval joint MM-estimation (FGMM), for FMCW radar against unknown coloured (i.e.

Harmonic Retrieval Joint Multiple Regression: Robust DOA Estimation for FMCW Radar in the Presence of Unknown Spatially Colored Noise

IEEE Communications Letters, 2021
In this letter, we present a direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation algorithm named Harmonic Retrieval joint Multiple Regression (HRMR) for FMCW radar against unknown spatially colored noise. The HRMR algorithm focuses on the direct data domain. First, the target’s IF signal is resolved and reconstructed by the selected harmonic retrieval method.

Multiple Human Heart Rate Variability Detection Using MIMO FMCW Radar With Differential Beam Techniques

IEEE Transactions on Radar Systems, 2023
A differential beam technique to measure the human heartbeat and its variability (HRV) is proposed, which is implemented with digital beamforming (DBF) using multi-input multi-output (MIMO) frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar.

X-/K-band Harmonic FMCW Radar With 2-GHz Sweep Bandwidth for 7.5-cm-Resolution Tracking of Passive Schottky-Diode Backscatter Tag

International Conference on Software Engineering
This paper presents an X-/K-band harmonic frequency-modulated continuous-wave (FMCW) radar front-end for high-resolution tracking of fully passive Schottky-diode tags. A 10.5–11.5 GHz linear FMCW chirp is transmitted, while the reradiated second-harmonic

The Effect of Multi-Directional on Remote Heart Rate Measurement Using PA-LI Joint ICEEMDAN Method with mm-Wave FMCW Radar

IEICE transactions on communications, 2022
SUMMARY Heart rate measurement for mm-wave FMCW radar based on phase analysis comprises a variety of noise. Furthermore, because the breathing and heart frequencies are so close, the harmonic of the breathing signal interferes with the heart rate, and ...
