Influence of Non-Integer Harmonics and Interference on SAPF

open access: yesTELKOMNIKA Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering, 2014
Inter-harmonics and non-periodic disturbance generated by aging SAPF or other reasons would impact SAPF performance. In this paper, three-level SAPF was used as example: the mathematical model of three-level SAPF under the definition of virtual flux was built. The power theory under the definition of CPT was discussed.

Nanodiamond Quantum Sensors for Probing Free Radical Biology

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Free radicals play key roles in cellular signaling and disease but remain difficult to measure in living systems. Nanodiamonds (NDs) with nitrogen‐vacancy (NV) centers enable quantum sensing of local magnetic noise via T₁ relaxometry, providing nondestructive radical detection in living cells.

Homodyne Bell's inequalities for entangled mesoscopic superpositions

open access: yes, 2001
We present a scheme for demonstrating violation of Bell's inequalities using a spin-1/2 system entangled with a pair of classically distinguishable wave packets in a harmonic potential.

MXene/PEDOT Functional Coatings on Flexible Microelectrode Arrays for Multianalyte In Vivo Neurochemical Sensing and Electrophysiology

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A MXene/PEDOT coating enables multimodal functionality and dual‐analyte detection of dopamine and serotonin in flexible microelectrode arrays while enhancing electrophysiological recording quality. The anti‐fouling, low‐impedance interface overcomes key limitations of conventional coatings, providing a robust and versatile platform to investigate the ...

Persistent quantum interfering electron trajectories

open access: yes, 2010
The emission of above-ionization-threshold harmonics results from the recombination of two electron wavepackets moving along a "short" and a "long" trajectory in the atomic continuum.

Design Strategies and Emerging Applications of High‐Performance Flexible Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors underpin wearable and soft electronics. This review links sensing physics, including contact resistance modulation, quantum tunneling and percolation, to unified materials/structure design. We highlight composite and graded architectures, interfacial/porous engineering, and microstructured 3D conductive networks

Harmonic Detection Method Based on Parameter Optimization VMD-IWT Combined Noise Reduction

open access: yesApplied Sciences
Aiming at the problem that the existing harmonic detection methods are susceptible to noise interference in the actual working environment, which leads to the reduction of detection accuracy, this paper introduces a novel harmonic detection technique ...

Visibility of Young's interference fringes: Scattered light from small ion crystals

open access: yes, 2016
We observe interference in the light scattered from trapped $^{40}$Ca$^+$ ion crystals. By varying the intensity of the excitation laser, we study the influence of elastic and inelastic scattering on the visibility of the fringe pattern and discriminate ...

Infusible Extracellular Matrix Biomaterial Enhances Cell‐Specific Pro‐Repair Responses Following Acute Myocardial Infarction

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
We measure the cell‐specific responses of administering infusible ECM (iECM) in acute myocardial infarction (MI) across multiple timepoints. Using single‐nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, we measure macrophage activation, fibroblast remodeling, increased vascular development, lymphangiogenesis, cardioprotection, and neurogenesis ...
