Quantum control in size selected semiconductor quantum dot thin films
We introduce a novel technique for coherent control that employs resonant internally generated fields in CdTe quantum dot (QD) thin films at the L-point.

This review examines how in vitro electrical and mechanical stimulation modulates wound healing in fibroblasts and keratinocytes. Analyzing over 560 experimental data points, we relate stimulation parameters to proliferation and migration outcomes, evaluate platform designs, and highlight the need for multi‐parameter optimization to advance targeted ...

Conjugate Tooth Profile Solving and Movement Interference Inspection of Harmonic Type Gear Pump
Aiming at the problems that the flexspline of harmonic type gear pump could easily lead to tooth interference during the process of gear meshing, according to envelope theory, the mathematical model of tooth profile of flexible gear is established when ...

A Software-Defined Radio Receiver in 65nm CMOS Robust to Out-of-Band Interference [PDF]
Two techniques are presented in this paper for a software-defined radio (SDR) receiver robust to out-of-band interference. Voltage gain is realized at IF simultaneously with low-pass filtering to mitigate blockers and out-of-band intermodulation ...

Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy in Bionanotechnology: Current Advances and Future Perspectives
Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) enables the nanoscale mapping of electrostatic surface potentials. While widely applied in materials science, its use in biological systems remains emerging. This review presents recent advances in KPFM applied to biological samples and provides a critical perspective on current limitations and future directions for

Interference between competing pathways in harmonic generation
We investigate the influence of the autoionizing 3s3p(6)nl resonances on the fifth harmonic generated by 200 - 240 nm laser fields interacting with Ar. To determine the influence of a multi-electron response we have developed capability within time dependent R-matrix theory to determine the harmonic spectra generated.

Intelligent Acousto‐Electrical Metamaterials (IAM) for Sound Source Detection
Our proposed metamaterial concept enables sound source detection using a single material, in contrast to conventional arrays that require dozens or even hundreds of transducers. We show that the coupled acoustic–vibrational–electrical responses in piezoelectric metamaterials give rise to topology‐governed charge transport, producing distinct voltage ...

Zonated osteochondral assembloid implants are engineered through scaffold‐free spatial assembly of induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)‐derived chondrocyte organoids and periosteum‐derived osteogenic organoids. Implanted into full‐thickness rat osteochondral defects, they promote hyaline‐like cartilage repair, support subchondral bone formation with ...
