AC Current‐Driven Magnetization Switching and Nonlinear Hall Rectification in a Magnetic Topological Insulator

This study reports alternating‐current (AC) driven magnetization reversal in a semi‐magnetic topological insulator (Cr,Bi,Sb)2Te3/(Bi,Sb)2Te3, with low current density. Time‐domain Hall voltage measurements reveal a nonlinear and rectified Hall effect, along with higher‐harmonic responses and hysteresis.

Transition metal oxy/carbo‐nitrides show great promise as catalysts for sustainable processes. A Mn‐Mo mixed‐metal oxynitride attains remarkable performance for the direct synthesis of acetonitrile, an important commodity chemical, via sequential C─N and C─C coupling from syngas (C1) and ammonia (N1) feedstocks.

Colossal Cryogenic Electro‐Optic Response Through Metastability in Strained BaTiO3 Thin Films

Utilizing the thermodynamic theory of optical properties, a colossal cryogenic electro‐optic response in BaTiO3 thin films is designed and demonstrated by stabilizing a low symmetry metastable monoclinic phase via epitaxial strain tuning with an electro‐optic response reaching ≈2516 pm V−1 at 5 K. 3D Acoustic Imaging Hitting the Diffraction Limit via Fully Parameter‐Optimized Meta‐Lens and Frequency‐Domain Reconstruction

This article employs a binary genetic algorithm to design an ultra‐fine ultrasonic meta‐lens, achieving lateral super‐resolution imaging in the far field (>20λ₀). Building on this, longitudinal resolution is effectively restored through frequency domain reconstruction.
