Evidence of Iron Accumulation in Cerebral Adrenoleukodystrophy: A Potential Novel Disease Mechanism

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT In this first application of Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping Source Separation to cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy, we uncovered alterations in iron and myelin within lesions and normal appearing white matter. As validation, we demonstrate abnormal iron accumulation in those same compartments within primary brain tissue.

Multidimensional Profiling of MRI‐Negative Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Uncovers Distinct Phenotypes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Although hippocampal sclerosis (TLE‐HS) represents the most frequent cause of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), up to 30% of patients show no lesion on visual MRI inspection (TLE‐MRIneg). These cases pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges and are underrepresented in surgical series.

Orthogonal labeling

open access: yesIndonesian Journal of Combinatorics, 2016
Let ∆G be the maximum degree of a simple connected graph G(V,E). An injective mapping P : V → R∆G is said to be an orthogonal labeling of G if uv,uw ∈ E implying (P(v) − P(u)) · (P(w) − P(u)) = 0, where · is the usual dot product defined in Euclidean ...

EVEN SEQUENTIAL HARMONIOUS LABELING OF SOME CYCLE RELATED GRAPHS [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Pure and Apllied Mathematics, 2014
In this paper, we generalize this result on cycles by showing that the kCn snake with string 1,1,··· ,1 when n ≡ 0(mod4) are even sequential harmonious graph. Also we show that the kC4 snake with m-pendant edges for each k,m ≥ 1, (for linear case and for general case).

Multiple Sclerosis Relapse Activity After Ozanimod Discontinuation in DAYBREAK Trial Participants

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
Multiple Sclerosis Relapse Activity After Ozanimod Discontinuation in DAYBREAK Trial Participants. ABSTRACT Objective Return of disease activity is expected when patients discontinue disease‐modifying therapy (DMT) for multiple sclerosis (MS). Some MS DMTs are associated with higher‐than‐expected disease activity (rebound) after discontinuation.

ODD HARMONIOUS LABELING ON SOME STRING GRAPH CLASSES

open access: yesBAREKENG: Jurnal Ilmu Matematika dan Terapan, 2022
A graph with the labeling properties of odd harmonic is called an odd harmonious graph. The purpose of this research was to get labeling properties of odd harmonic on the class of string graphs. The research used was a qualitative research method. The result of the research was that the definition and construction of a string graph, the union of a ...

RNA Sequencing Resolves Cryptic Pathogenic Variants in Mitochondrial Disease

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Mitochondrial diseases are the most common inherited metabolic disorders, characterized by pronounced clinical and genetic heterogeneity that complicates molecular diagnosis. Although DNA‐based sequencing approaches have become standard in genetic testing, up to half of patients remain without a definitive diagnosis.

Odd Harmonious Labeling on Edge Amalgamation from Double Quadrilateral Graphs

open access: yesDesimal: Jurnal Matematika, 2020
A graph that has odd harmonious labeling properties is called an odd harmonious graph. The purpose of this research is to obtain a new class graphs construction which is a family of odd harmonious graphs. The research method used consisted of several stages, namely research preparation, research investigation and verifivation of research results.

Memory and Resting‐State Connectivity in Acute Transient Global Amnesia: A Case–Control fMRI Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a striking model of isolated amnesia. While hippocampal lesions are well described, the network‐level mechanisms and the precise neuropsychological profile remain debated. Our objective was thus to characterize functional and neuropsychological correlates of acute TGA and their ...

On d-graceful labelings

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper we introduce a generalization of the well known concept of a graceful labeling. Given a graph G with e=dm edges, we call d-graceful labeling of G an injective function from V(G) to the set {0,1,2,..., d(m+1)-1} such that {|f(x)-f(y)| | [x,y]
