Deep Phenotyping of Pathology‐Confirmed Benign Lesions in PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Patients
Clinical Genetics, EarlyView.Gastrointestinal, skin, thyroid, and vascular lesions are frequently present in PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome patients with little to no difference between sexes or by index status. Early‐onset lipomas (< 20 years) may be useful for early recognition of patients, and uterine polyps should be considered for inclusion as a PHTS‐related lesion.
