Neutrophilic dermatoses comprise a wide spectrum of diseases characterized histologically by the presence of an aseptic neutrophilic infiltrate in the skin. The neutrophilic infiltrate may move from the epidermis to the dermis and the subcutis, resulting in distinct clinicopathological conditions.
