High-Velocity Estimates for Schr\"odinger Operators in Two Dimensions: Long-Range Magnetic Potentials and Time-Dependent Inverse Scattering [PDF]
We introduce a general class of long-range magnetic potentials and derive high velocity limits for the scattering operators in quantum mechanics, in the case of two dimensions.

Global mapping of the regulatory interactions of histone residues
Histone residues can serve as platforms for specific regulatory function. Here we constructed a map of regulatory associations between histone residues and a wide spectrum of chromatin regulation factors based on gene expression changes by histone point mutations in Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Bundle Theory of Improper Spin Transformations
{\it We first give a geometrical description of the action of the parity operator ($\hat{P}$) on non relativistic spin ${{1}\over{2}}$ Pauli spinors in terms of bundle theory.

Understanding weak values without new probability theory [PDF]
The physical meaning of weak values and measurements can be completely understood with Born rule and the general probability theory. It is known that the weak value of an observable $\hat A$ with post-selection $\langle F|$ may be out of the eigenvalue ...

Environmental regulation of the neural epigenome
Parental effects are a major source of phenotypic plasticity. Moreover, there is evidence from studies with a wide range of species that the relevant parental signals are influenced by the quality of the parental environment. The link between the quality of the environment and the nature of the parental signal is consistent with the idea that parental ...

Large sample behaviour of high dimensional autocovariance matrices
The existence of limiting spectral distribution (LSD) of $\hat{\Gamma}_u+\hat{\Gamma}_u^*$, the symmetric sum of the sample autocovariance matrix $\hat{\Gamma}_u$ of order $u$, is known when the observations are from an infinite dimensional vector linear
