Manners, morals and codes of conduct, Clive Aslet observes in his social satire, Anyone for England?, have been ‘privatized’ and modern man ‘has never been more on his own’. Hats are now no longer part of a generally accepted code: as we no longer wear them as a matter of course their former significance is difficult to appreciate.

Intrinsic specificity of a ‘core’ TIP60 acetyltransferase complex in Drosophila
The intrinsic substrate selectivity of the Drosophila TIP60‐core acetyltransferase was determined using synthetic nucleosome arrays. Targeted mass spectrometry revealed site‐specific acetylation of histones H2A, H2A.V, and H4, uncovering distinct acetylation rates and patterns across individual lysines.

{Silk@Hyaluronic‐Acid} Hybrids: Efficient Antioxidants Against DPPH● With Resilience Against ●OH
Three hybrid materials were synthesized and fully characterized, SFd@GLA, SFd@GLAM, and GLA@SFd@GLAM. All three hybrid materials demonstrated reusability against DPPH radicals, 10 cycles of reusability. Against OH radicals they exhibit a protective lattice and again reusability. ABSTRACT Antiradical, antioxidant agents are of great importance in health,

Splitting of liftings in products of probability spaces
We prove that if (X,\mathfrakA,P) is an arbitrary probability space with countably generated \sigma-algebra \mathfrakA, (Y,\mathfrakB,Q) is an arbitrary complete probability space with a lifting \rho and \hat R is a complete probability measure on ...

$\mathcal{PT}$ Symmetric Hamiltonian Model and Dirac Equation in 1+1 dimensions
In this article, we have introduced a $\mathcal{PT}$ symmetric non-Hermitian Hamiltonian model which is given as $\hat{\mathcal{H}}=\omega (\hat{b}^{\dag}\hat{b}+1/2)+ \alpha (\hat{b}^{2}-(\hat{b}^{\dag})^{2})$ where $\omega$ and $\alpha$ are real ...

Α {Silk@Gallic‐Acid} hybrid material with controllable antioxidant hydrogen‐atom‐transfer activity
A silk@gallic acid hybrid material was synthesized and fully characterized. It shows antioxidant activity and long‐term reusability. It is demonstrated SFd@GA can be employed for at least 15 cycles retaining up to 98% of its HAT efficiency. Abstract Silk fiber, often acclaimed as the pinnacle of textile materials, finds contemporary applications in the

The BRST Charge for the $\hat{D}(2,1;\a)$ Non-Linear Quasi-Superconformal Algebra
The quantum BRST charge for the most general, two-dimensional, non-linear, $N=4$ quasi-superconformal algebra $\hat{D}(1,2;\a)$, whose linearisation is the so-called `large' $N=4$ superconformal algebra, is constructed. The $\hat{D}(1,2;\a)$ algebra has $

Visible‐Light‐Driven Germyl Radical Generation via EDA‐Catalyzed ET–HAT Process
Facile generation of germyl radical was achieved by using photo‐excited electron transfer (ET) in an electron donor‐acceptor (EDA) complex to drive hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) from germyl hydride (R3GeH). Using catalytic amounts of commercially available thiol and benzophenone derivatives, the ET‐HAT cycle smoothly proceeds upon blue‐light irradiation

Reductions for branching coefficients [PDF]
Let $G$ be a connected reductive subgroup of a complex connected reductive group $\hat{G}$. We are interested in the branching problem. Fix maximal tori and Borel subgroups of $G$ and $\hat G$.

This article presents a photocatalytic method for the stereoselective radical alkylation of chiral sulfinyl imines. It utilizes non‐prefunctionalized radical precursors and TBADT as a direct HAT photocatalyst, yielding diverse chiral amines with excellent diastereoselectivity under mild conditions.
