The oligosaccharides increase the molecular weight of hCG from 36,000 - 37,000 u to 40,000 - 41,000 u, depending on the extent of hyperglycosylation.

Treatment of Asthenozoospermia with HCG
Andrologia, 200930 patients with isolated asthenozoospermia received a treatment with 5000 I.U. Human-Chorionic-Gonadotropin (HCG) a week intramuscularly for twelve weeks.
