Dual Operating Mode Imaging Photodetector Based on Electrical Modulation of p‐Si/MgO/ZnO
This research innovatively introduces the MgO barrier layer and utilizes the device structure advantages of MSM to achieve breakthrough dual‐band response output of p‐Si/MgO/ZnO photodetectors under bias modulation. It has been successfully applied in dual‐mode imaging, laying the foundation for the development of third‐generation imaging technology ...

Investigating Azimuthal Anisotropy in the Angular Distribution of Solar Wind–sputtered Atoms
The solar wind (SW) bombards the surfaces of airless bodies like the Moon and Mercury, inducing sputtering that erodes regolith and sustains exospheres.

Sub-barrier fusion with the He-6 halo nucleus
The fusion-fission cross sections of the He-4 + U-238 and He-6 + U-238 systems have been measured, at Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), for energies around and below the barrier. The helium projectiles impinges on a UF4 target.
