Micro/Nanorobots for Combating Brain Disorders: Challenges, Advances, and Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Micro/nanorobots (MNRs) offer a transformative approach for precision therapy in brain disorders. By overcoming biological barriers and enabling controlled propulsion, targeted delivery, and real‐time imaging/tracking, MNRs pave the way toward effective, minimally invasive treatments. This review outlines the interplay between brain disease challenges,

A Perspective on Interactive Theorem Provers in Physics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Into an interactive theorem provers (ITPs), one can write mathematical definitions, theorems and proofs, and the correctness of those results is automatically checked. This perspective goes over the best usage of ITPs within physics and motivates the open‐source community run project PhysLean, the aim of which is to be a library for digitalized physics

PACAP38-induced migraine attacks are independent of CGRP signaling: a randomized controlled trial

open access: yesThe Journal of Headache and Pain
Background Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide-38 (PACAP38) are key pathogenic drivers of migraine.

Electropolymerized PEDOT:PSS‐Based Memtransistors for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
PEDOT:PSS fiber‐like structures are controllably electropolymerized in a vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistor channel region. As the amount of fibers increases, the device response shifts, accessing new non‐volatile memory levels with energy expenditure in nJ scale per synaptic event.

Mental Health and Aging: Identifying Risk and Protective Factors of Anxiety and Depression in Older Women

open access: yesAGING MEDICINE, EarlyView.
Older women with increased fat percentage, depressive symptoms, and slower motor reaction times are at higher risk for anxiety and depression. In contrast, valence, muscle strength, gait speed, and respiratory function serve as protective factors. These findings highlight key intervention targets to promote mental health and functional well‐being in ...

Tolerability of switch from erenumab to fremanezumab in adults with chronic migraine: a 3-month, single-center, prospective, real-world, observational study

open access: yesThe Journal of Headache and Pain
Objective While erenumab and fremanezumab are effective treatments for migraine prevention, it is unclear whether patients who experience adverse events related to erenumab can tolerate fremanezumab.
