Differences of Cluster Headache on the Basis of Sex in the Korean Cluster Headache Registry [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Background: Most of the clinical characteristics of cluster headache (CH) have been established through the observation of men with CH. Epidemiological data of CH in women are scarce especially in the Asian population.

Rapid Room‐Temperature Ethanol Sensing in Bi2MoO6/rGO Heterostructures: Weak Adsorption‐Driven Charge Modulation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work establishes Bi2MoO6/rGO heterostructures as a mechanism‐guided platform for high‐performance room‐temperature ethanol gas detection by showing that modest adsorption, in conjunction with dynamic interfacial band modulation, enables rapid charge‐transfer.

A Perspective on Interactive Theorem Provers in Physics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Into an interactive theorem provers (ITPs), one can write mathematical definitions, theorems and proofs, and the correctness of those results is automatically checked. This perspective goes over the best usage of ITPs within physics and motivates the open‐source community run project PhysLean, the aim of which is to be a library for digitalized physics

OnabotulinumtoxinA for Hemicrania Continua: open label experience in 9 patients. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Hemicrania continua is a strictly unilateral, continuous headache, typically mild to moderate in severity, with severe exacerbations commonly accompanied by cranial autonomic features and migrainous symptoms. It is exquisitely responsive to Indomethacin.

Personalized Network‐Guided Neuromodulation Enhances Human Working Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A personalized neuromodulation framework combining individualized functional brain network targeting with real‐time neural decoding is introduced. Using concurrent TMS–fMRI, participant‐specific stimulation targets and optimal frequencies are identified. Only optimal‐frequency stimulation improves working memory across sessions.

White matter tract differences in persistent post-traumatic headache, migraine, and healthy controls: a diffusion tensor imaging study

open access: yesThe Journal of Headache and Pain
Background Persistent post-traumatic headache (PPTH) frequently resembles migraine but may involve distinct white matter perturbations. We compared white matter fiber tracts among adults with PPTH, migraine, and healthy controls (HCs). Methods This cross-

RPLP2 Mediates the Beneficial Effects of Exercise on Stress Resistance Through Muscle–Brain Communication

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel exercise‐inducible myokine acidic ribosomal protein P2 (RPLP2), initially identified from human trials, is presented here, whose circulating levels negatively correlate with clinical anxiety severity. Muscle‐derived RPLP2 enhances hippocampal ribosomal assembly and adult neurogenesis to rescue stress‐induced anxiety deficits.
