ABSTRACT Genitopatellar syndrome (GPS) and Say‐Barber‐Biesecker‐Young‐Simpson Syndrome (SBBYSS) are clinically distinct neurodevelopmental disorders caused by monoallelic pathogenic variants in KAT6B. In some cases, GPS and SBBYSS features can overlap, determining an intermediate phenotype.

ABSTRACT A 15‐year‐old post‐REV patient underwent transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement with a 23 mm SAPIEN 3 for right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) stenosis and severe regurgitation. At 9 months, recurrent stenosis revealed multiple frame fractures.
