OsCPK12‐OsATPD1 Module Regulates Photosynthetic Acclimation to Light Stress in Rice

OsCPK12 interacts and phosphorylates OsAtpD1 at Ser8 in its transit peptide. This phosphorylation promote its chloroplast translocation, thereby maintaining ATP synthase activity and proton gradient (ΔpH) homeostasis and regulating photosynthetic acclimation, photoprotection, and repair under light stress.

ABSTRACT Memory T cells exhibit long‐term persistence, a defining feature that underpins durable clinical responses to adoptive immunotherapies. The mechanisms that integrate metabolic cues with transcriptional control of memory fate remain undetermined. Here, we identify HS1‐binding protein 3 (HS1BP3) is preferentially expressed in memory CD8+ T cells.

A novel longitudinal molecular and microstructural intravascular imaging approach is developed to study murine atherosclerosis. The technique combines a unique surgical model with a miniaturized multimodal device to detect macrophage activity and lipid simultaneously.
