3D Wiring Microelectrodes in a PMMA Microfluidic Device by Vacuum Filling Method
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.This paper proposes a method for fabricating 3D wiring microelectrodes in arbitrary designs within 3D‐printed microfluidics. By attaching a PDMS lid and using vacuum filling, low‐melting‐point alloy (LMA) is introduced into microchannels. This enables the creation of 50 µm microelectrodes, including complex shapes.
