Designing Co–N/C Cathode Catalysts with Dense Atomic Cobalt Sites for Enhanced PEMFC Performance
Cobalt‐based platinum‐metal free catalysts can compete with iron‐based materials as catalysts on the cathodes of fuel cells due to their high site density and activity. Highly mechanically stable and flexible composite TE thin films based on PEDOT:PSS and AgSb0.94Cd0.06Te2 blend are fabricated. Simultaneous enhancement of S and σ is achieved in the whole blend regime. A very high Seebeck coefficient (204.9 µV K−1) and a power factor of 53.45 µW m−1 K−2 are obtained for 97.5 wt.% AgSb0.94Cd0.06Te2 content.
