Gastrointestinal parasites in ducks raised on smallholder farms in Kathmandu, Nepal, are investigated using copromicroscopic examination. A diverse range of protozoa and helminth parasites are detected including the first records of Entamoeba spp., Cryptosporidium sp. and Tyzzeria sp. in ducks in Nepal.
