Seasonal Variations of Gastrointestinal Helminths in the Goat of the Central Plateau of Burkina Faso

Meat safety knowledge, attitude and practices of slaughterhouse workers in Kajiado, Kenya

Slaughterhouse workers (n = 78) were interviewed to determine their knowledge, attitude and practices in slaughter hygiene and meat safety. Moderate‐to‐low knowledge in carcass contamination, meat‐borne illnesses, temperature interventions and poor practice in carcass washing and medical testing resulted in high worker morbidity.
