Scoring of Hemagglutination Reactions
Transfusion, 1972Many inter‐laboratory surveys have revealed wide variations in results of hemagglutination titration studies. Correlation between laboratories is made difficult by the absence of a universal recording system. A notational method is proposed in which agglutination reactions are scored on a numerical gradient from 0 to 12.

Vox Sanguinis, 1960
SummaryA new simple method of hemagglutination (HAOS) is described. Human red blood cells of A‐group, for example, suspended in AB‐serum of non‐secretor are smeared on slide. After fixation with methanol, the smear is exposed to anti‐A (normal human B‐serum) and washed.
