Black Pleural Nodules Caused by Capillary Haemangioma

Thoracoscopy for undiagnosed pleural effusion revealed multiple pea‐sized black nodules over the parietal pleura. They were histologically diagnosed with capillary haemangioma, a rare cause of pleural nodules. ABSTRACT A 54‐year‐old woman diagnosed with ovarian cancer presented with bilateral pleural effusions, larger on the right.
