Resting‐state fMRI captures intrinsic brain activity, yet the physical significance of latency structures remains unclear. In this study, the spatiotemporal properties of fMRI‐derived latency structures are examined by linking them to biophysical model‐based neural functions, intrinsic neural timescales, and functional gradients.

This review first summarizes the complex pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and outlines the limitations of conventional therapies. It then explores innovative nanoparticle drug delivery system (NDDS) developments, detailing their precision targeting strategies, responsiveness to plaque‐specific stimuli, modulation of key pathological processes, and ...

Molecular Creep Induced Fatigue Rupture of Fibrin Clots
Fibrin networks in thrombi paradoxically exhibit low fatigue resistance despite high fracture energy, as cyclic loading triggers irreversible α‐to‐β transitions in fibrin molecules, causing molecular creep, crack propagation. Multiscale experiments, modeling reveal how nanoscale conformational damage accumulates, linking molecular disorder to ...

Shear‐activated nanoparticles carrying nitroglycerin selectively target high‐shear stress collateral vessels during ischaemic stroke, enhancing blood flow to at‐risk brain without systemic side effects. This novel approach significantly improves outcomes in animal models, outperforming conventional nitroglycerin delivery.

A flexible light‐temperature dual‐modal sensor is demonstrated with silicon‐based diode, of which the operation mode, i.e., photodetection and temperature sensing, can be conveniently controlled by the biased condition. Engineering demonstrations illustrate the applicability of the sensor to continuously monitor photoplethysmography and skin ...
