The work constructs a glucose‐triggered gel for diabetic abscess treatment. The results demonstrate that the gel catalyzes glucose into oxygen, alleviates the hypoxia, and ensures sufficient ROS generation to combat pathogenic bacteria. Simultaneously, borneol within the gel can enhance the antibacterial activity of ROS and alleviate pain in patients ...

A novel RBC indicator, ESI, is better than the traditional RBC indicators and is associated with CHF prevalence and in‐hospital death. RBC membrane lipidomics, Cer 18:0;O2/16:0, and LPE 18:0, are associated with plasma volume overload and MACE in CHF patients, but these plasma lipids could not.

Advanced Cancer Immunotherapy via SMARCAL1 Blockade Using a Glucose‐Responsive CRISPR Nanovaccine
A glucose‐catalyzed chemodynamic strategy is proposed to activate therapeutic genome editing of SMARCAL1to improve cancer immunotherapy. This innovative design featuring Fenton reaction activity and glucose consumption ability, not only effectively synergizes to activate the cGAS‐STING pathway but also inhibits the opposing functions of interferon by ...

This work reports a nanoplasmonic biosensing platform with exceptional surface sensitivity (0.618 nm nm−1, Δn = 0.117 nmol) and narrow linewidth (≈20 nm) under normal incidence. By integrating a miscellaneous‐protein strategy with initial rate analysis (IRA), this sensor can detect 1 ng mL−1 of AFP in serum with a broad linear range (1–104 ng mL−1 ...
