Direct Ink Writing of Carbon‐Based Electrofluids for Soft Electrical Component Manufacturing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work explores the manufacturing of Electrofluids (EFs), conductive particle suspensions that flow while maintaining conductivity, for soft electrical components. Using Direct Ink Writing (DIW), patterned EFs achieve enhanced performance, including a 800% sensitivity boost in strain gauges. Through rheological studies, a printability map is created

Miniaturized Devices for On‐the‐Spot Generation of Small‐Diameter Vascular Grafts

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
An intracorporeal extrusion device is developed for on‐the‐spot generation of vascular grafts with tunable diameters spanning from 1 to 6 mm. The device uses biomimetic polymers and light, to promptly obtaining biocompatible and high‐burst pressure‐resistant grafts.

TADF Host Engineering for Improved Pure Blue Matrix‐Free Hyperfluorescent OLEDs with Ultranarrow Emission

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents the development of efficient blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) materials that perform well without doping, enabling simplified, matrix‐free hyperfluorescence (MFHF) OLEDs. When combined with encapsulated narrow‐band emitters, the TADF materials serve as effective hosts resulting in pure blue, ultranarrow emission ...
