An NIR‐III 3P Excitable AIE Nanoprobe for High‐Quality Intravital Deep‐Brain Angiography

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
A robust NIR‐III 3P excitable AIE probe was developed based on the proposed design strategy of π‐bridge manipulation to reconcile competing molecular parameters and optimize 3P fluorescence properties, which achieved optimal quality in intravital deep‐brain angiography among all reported organic 3P probes in terms of vascular imaging depth, SBR ...

Molecular Engineering‐Boosted High‐Performance AIE Sonosensitizer for Cancer Sonodynamic‐Augmented Immunotherapy

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
The development of sonodynamic immunotherapy with the evoking of immunogenic cell death presents high promise for cancer treatment in biosafe and penetrated manner. Based on engineering structure modulation by regulating intermolecular interaction and push‐pull electronic effect, high performance aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) sonosensitizer with ...

Interpretable Active Learning Identifies Iron‐Doped Carbon Dots With High Photothermal Conversion Efficiency for Antitumor Synergistic Therapy

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
On the basis of active learning strategy, we propose an equivalent value—SHapley Additive exPlanations equivalent value—to optimize carbon dots’ photothermal conversion efficiency. Within four iterations, iron‐doped carbon dots are synthesized with the efficiency exceeding 78.7%.
