ABSTRACT A 15‐year‐old postpartum primipara presented at 19 days with aphasia, right hemiparesis, chest pain, and dyspnea. Diagnostics confirmed concurrent cardioembolic stroke and pulmonary embolism secondary to peripartum cardiomyopathy (ejection fraction 29%).

Precision Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy for Ultra‐Central NSCLC: Tailored Margins Reduce Toxicity Without Compromising Tumor Control

Feasibility and Safety of Washed Microbiota Transplantation as Salvage Therapy for Refractory Non‐CDI Gut Pathogens in Critically Ill Patients

Ten patients with definite gut infection evidence beyond CDI underwent 29 WMT infusions. 50% (5/10) of patients obtained clinical cure after WMT. 20% (2/10) of patients achieved clinical improvement and 30% (3/10) showed no response 7 days after WMT. One transient WMT‐related fever occurred (1/29, 3.45%).
