Identification of TPRA1 as a Novel Receptor and Predictive Biomarker for Oncolytic Virus M1
Advanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 48, December 29, 2025.This study identifies transmembrane protein adipocyte‐associated 1 (TPRA1) as a novel receptor for oncolytic virus M1 (OVM). TPRA1's ectodomain binds OVM particles, while its intracellular domain facilitates virus internalization, promoting efficient viral entry.
