Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work reports a mitochondria‐targeted nanozyme platform, MIL‐Cu1.8S‐TPP/FA, which induces potent cuproptosis via localized delivery of Cu1.8S nanodots to mitochondria. Surface‐anchoring these nanodots onto MIL‐88B metal‐organic frameworks enhances both passive and active tumor targeting.
