Time‐Dependent Effect of Prophylactic Trimethoprim‐Sulfamethoxazole on the Incidence of Serious Infections in Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody–Associated Vasculitis: A Target Trial Emulation Study

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.
Objective The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of prophylactic trimethoprim‐sulfamethoxazole (TMP‐SMX) on the incidence of serious infections in patients with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody–associated vasculitis (AAV). Expert Perspective: Diagnosis and Treatment of Castleman Disease

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.

Enrichment of Full AAV2 Using Multicolumn Countercurrent Solvent Gradient Purification (MCSGP)

open access: yesBiotechnology and Bioengineering, EarlyView.
The multicolumn countercurrent solvent gradient purification (MCSGP) method was evaluated as a method to enhance the separation of empty and full capsids during AAV2 purification. The results demonstrated an enrichment of full AAV2 particles using MCSGP.
