HERPETIC ENDOTHELIAL KERATITIS

Acta Ophthalmologica, 1981
Corneal endothelial reaction in a 60–year‐old male with acute anterior uveitis following typical dendritic keratitis was studied by bio‐ and specular microscopes. The epithelial dendritic ulcer of the left cornea healed within 10 days with topical trifluorothymidin treatment.

Bilateral Herpetic Keratitis During Measles

American Journal of Ophthalmology, 1981

Immunology and herpetic keratitis

In most diseases immunological interactions take place in lymphoid organs, where lymphocytes, macrophages and other cells are tightly ...

Virus proteins in herpetic keratitis

Experimental Eye Research, 1982
Abstract We examined the differences in protein expression among several strains of herpes simplex virus that cause epithelial and stromal keratitis in the rabbit eye. The isolates were grown in HEp-2 cells in the presence of various radioactive isotopes and were analyzed by SDS-PAGE.
