Heterodera glycines Ichinohe. Cyst 1952

2021

EST-SSR Markers fromHeteroderaglycinesIchinohe

Генетика, 2014
The soybean cyst nematode Heterodera glycines Ichinohe is a severe agricultural pest for which genetic resources are limited. In this study, 295 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were identified from 259 expressed sequenced tags (ESTs), Which were selected from 9,443 unigenes. The successful primer pairs were designed against six regions.

Heterodera glycines: density-based gradient separation of eggs

Experimental Parasitology, 2003
An efficient technique was developed for separating early and late stages of embryonic development in eggs of Heterodera glycines. This technique takes advantage of density changes that occur during embryogenesis in the developing embryo and egg to partition the egg within a sucrose step gradient.

Impact of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Species on Heterodera glycines

Plant Disease, 2020
Soybean cyst nematode (SCN, Heterodera glycines) is a widely occurring pest and the leading cause of soybean yield losses in the U.S.A. There is a need to find additional SCN management strategies as sources of SCN resistance have become less effective in managing SCN populations.

Heterodera glycines (soybean cyst nematode).

2021
Abstract The soybean cyst nematode H. glycines is a known major pest of soybean in regions of the USA particularly semi-arid areas. The nematode has now been found as a pest of soybean outside the USA in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea, Paraguay and the former Soviet Union.

Cloning and characterisation of a Heterodera glycines aminopeptidase cDNA

International Journal for Parasitology, 2005
An aminopeptidase full-length cDNA (Hg-amp-1) was cloned from the adult female soybean cyst nematode Heterodera glycines by heterologous screening of a cDNA library with a Caenorhabditis elegans EST sequence. The predicted open reading frame encoded an 882-amino acid protein containing the conserved zinc-binding domain and GAMEN motif that are ...
