MIM‐Diode‐Like Rectification in Lateral 1T/1H/1T‐MoS2 Homojunctions via Interfacial Dipole Engineering

Defect Engineering in Large‐Scale CVD‐Grown Hexagonal Boron Nitride: Formation, Spectroscopy, and Spin Relaxation Dynamics

The controlled formation of defects in large‐area CVD‐grown hBN using various irradiation methods is demonstrated. Defect type and properties depend on particle type (He+, Ne+, Ar+, neutrons, and electrons), substrate effects, and film thickness.
